Road Closure & Safety Brief
Multiple park roads are closed due to unsafe and flooded conditions. The following routes are not passable and must not be entered:
- River Road
- Glenn Springs Road – closed south of Pine Canyon
- Black Gap Road
- Old Ore Road
- Lone Mountain Road
- Route 16 (Santa Elena Canyon)
- Old Maverick Road
All other roads: Obey posted signage and proceed with extreme caution. Recent flooding has caused washouts, debris, deep mud, and unstable surfaces.
Critical Safety Reminders
- Do NOT attempt to cross flooded roadways.
- You are fully responsible for the recovery of your own vehicle.
