River levels are changing some are up and some are down. RGV is up to 7 ft while Castolon is slowly falling and Terlingua Creek is up 9 inches to over 4 ft. It is raining in PJ and the radar is showing rain till after 2 PM. With more cells coming out of the southwest later in the day. Keep an eye on the river and roads.
