Please be advised that the “sand pit” area on River Road East has become a mud pit. This area is about 4 miles in past La Clocha. The gates to RRE off of Park Route 12 are temporarily closed to discourage visitors from attempting to traverse the hazard. Glenn Springs is also looking to be temporarily closed while maintenance works to repair several issues. Please avoid these areas of the park to allow maintenance enough room to work. Let’s also discourage visitors from entering these areas as well.
